Floor Sealing: - Ensure floor is clean, dry, wax free & neutral. - Use undiluted. Apply a thin even coat with a seal applicator or clean soft brush. - Allow floor to dry between 1 - 2 hours. Apply a second coat & allow to dry. - If the floor is porous further coats maybe necessary. - Drying times can vary depending on ventilation, temperature & humidity. - Sanding in-between coats is not necessary but a light sand with a medium grade floor pad will help key the surface, especially if a third or fourth coat is applied.
